Denne særlige luksusvilla ligger tæt på alt, hvilket gør det nemt at planlægge dit besøg ved stranden og centrum. Villaen er luksuriøst, rummelig med flere indgange og mulighed for at indkvartere mange personer med hver deres indgang. Der er cirka 650 m til stranden Susanj Plaza samt 1.5 km til gågaden i centrum. Huset kan deles op i to store Apartments af cirka 100 m2 med to separate indgange. Huset har et åbent koncept køkken og stue med direkte adgang til stor balkon
Jeg er en imødekommen person der elsker at tage imod gæster og give dem en luksuriøst ophold. Gæsterne har mulighed for at opleve smukke Bar og de andre flotte byer langs kysten samt alle de seværdigheder Montenegro har at byde på.
Villaen er placeret tæt ved stranden og over jernbanen. Området er relativt nyt men med hurtigt adgang til både stranden og byen.
