The beach in front of the property is like something out of dreams and fairytales. The water is so sparkly and the whole environment is so serene. The property itself is incredible and has been so beautifully decorated. I would come back in heartbeat!

The location is very good.
The location is very good. Sea is 800 m away, central square 400 m, bus station 300 m, railway station 400 m. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, comfortable bed and mattress, air conditioner. The hosts offer free beach umbrellas and blankets for sleeping on the beach. The apartment has internet, there is a smart box with which you can connect your smart devices to the big TV screen.
Unfortunately, the hosts have also had negative experiences , so a security deposit was required before arrival, which was then returned to us.

Bar is an interesting city, not only a touristic, but also a harbour one. You can meet some exotic people here, and some exotic wares at shops' shelves. Most of the city is composed of private houses, therefore it sprawls quite wide, 10+ km along the coast line. But it is long and thin, so to say, and you can always reach sea quickly.

We had the opportunity to visit few cicties on the seaside like Sutomore, Budva or Ulcinj but Bar seems to be quite calm and not crowded place. Additional Bar has it's railway connection with capitol city and aeroport what gives a better possibility to arrive there.

Bar is second largest town in Crna Gora.
Bar is second largest town in Crna Gora. With opportunity for major
redevelopment over recent decades, the centre has been well planned
with an eye to "green" environment. The same may not be said of the
suburbs where there is pressure to intensify building.
The railway and bus stations are on the edge of town - the railway
forming a boundary crossed by bridges to the suburbs beyond. The
docks and port are well separated from the town centre. Some local
public transport exists but seems fairly sparse - fares are cheap.
This is a human-scale town for which a mental map could be easily
developed within a few days.

An interesting place with a beautiful Old Bar.
An interesting place with a beautiful Old Bar.
The heavy traffic on the roads was a bit of a nuisance, and since we were getting around the city and its surroundings by bicycle, we missed having dedicated bike paths.

Nice beaches ,very pleasant people, reasonable prices.
Nice beaches ,very pleasant people, reasonable prices. For those who like combination of seaside view and mountains it's perfect. It's easy to navigate trough town ,very well organized. Down side of staying there is- a lot of traffic -mostly because it's highly visited.
Everything is very good. Rooms spacious and well kept, with comfortable beds. Bathroom spacious and clean. Great, spacious balcony with the table and chairs. Breakfast is very good, the choice of food is good. Great terrace for having breakfast, with wonderful pool and sea view. Relaxing atmosphere. Location is in the center of Bar town, with everything you need in a walking distance. Enough parking places for hotel guests, free parking. Just next to the hotel there are tennis court and other sport facilities one can use if likes.
The hotel is located in a suburban place, you can have a rest from the city chaos . Meanwhile the city Bar and Budva are not far for sightseeing, you can get them by taxi. The grocery is in a walking distance, but the surrounding isn’t nice. The hotel is new, everything is nice, beds are comfortable, sea view, stunning sunsets at the balcony. Quiet hotel at the edge of the rocks what makes the stay there quite an unusual experience but for sure worth staying there. Don’t forget goggles , you can admire the sea wildlife
This villa exceeded my expectations in terms of quality facilities, with fast internet, a big wardrobe, and shelves in the bathroom for convenience. The availability of an electric kettle was a nice touch.
The hospitality was also exceptional, making me feel very welcome. The rooms were peaceful, comfy and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay at safe location.
Delicious breakfast 🥰🥰😄
Nothing.
When I booked this apartment, I sent them the information that I will come to this object very late.
When I came in front of the object, it was closed and nobody answered to my phone calls.
Ilost more than half of hour at 3:00 AM after a long trip by car.
It is the first time that it's happened to me in more than 15 years of bookings on line all over the world.
In my opinion this Guesthouse Berlin in Bar Montenegro have to be canceled from Booking.com offers.
Incredible apartment with the sweetest hostess! Very modern and cozy, it was definitely built with a great sense of style! We really enjoyed our stay! Plus, Bar is an extremely beautiful city, and the apartment has a great view of the mountains surrounding the city! The sea is quite close to the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants near the apartment with everything you need!
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel Agape. Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, with gluten free options. Overall, we had a great experience !
This is the best option in terms of price/quality ratio. Very kind and friendly hosts. The apartment was clean. and had everything I needed to live. Nearby are small stores, and in 5-10 minutes a large store. Just next to the railway station and bus stop from which you can go in different directions in Montenegro.
Very clean, modern apartments with all the necessary things. All was new and comfortable.
I think it's one of the best locations in Bar - 50 meters from sea, in the middle of a park.
The hosts were super friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay here.
If you ever come to Bar...you should definitely stay at this place. Central location, good price, clean. Owner Sandra was more than welcoming. And we had late check out because of our transportation...and it was not a problem ro stay longer
great location for Stari Bar, lovely indoor pool (outdoor was closed due to season). Be advised this is a halal hotel, and no alcohol is served. Very unusual in a hotel of this quality, and I might not have booked had a known.
Nice and clean apartment. Lovely view from the balcony.
And we can use a washing machine on the corridor :-)
Very kind staff - we were served delicious grapes and as a souvenir we got a Montenegro's magnet.
This hotel is small with just a few rooms over a restaurant next to kids park on the pedestrian walkway along the shore. It’s lovely and you have a choice of free breakfasts from the restaurant menu.
location was excellent and all nearby, no need to search for other rooms in Montenegro Bar. Parking ,,garden, kitchen equipment's etc excellent ,owner was very kind and lovely person .thanks a lot
The room is authentic and comfortable as well as extremely clean. The owner and staff are very kind. We highly recommend everyone to stay at Kula Hotel and take a tour over Old Bar fortress.
This resort is one of the best I've stayed in Montenegro. The decor, staff and spa are as close to perfect as it gets. The location to Old Town Bar is just a few minutes walk.
The owner was very nice and responsive, she told me about a good restaurant nearby, Barka. A market is only a 1/2 a block away and she lent me an electric kettle to use.
