The villa offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The house is located below Stari Bar (old town). The old town can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The nearest beach (Dobra Voda) can be reached by car in 8 minutes. Distance to the most famous beaches in Montenegro: "Sutomore" can be reached by car in 10 minutes. "Ulqin" can be reached by car in 20 minutes. “Budva” can be reached by car in 30 minutes.
