A cozy and minimalist apartment is located right next to the State Department Store. The apartment has high ceilings and windows facing the north and south. Our property is located on the fourth floor. Please be aware that the building doesn't have any elevators. However, we would like to provide assistance in carrying your luggage upstrairs, if you need any help. We clean our apartment with a high steam cleaner and naturally derived cleaning products to ensure your comfort. Also, we offer a paid airport shuttle service.
Thank you for booking with us. My name is Ayna and I am a mommy of 4 beautiful kids. While taking care of my babies during my maternal leave, I started renting my apartment for visitors and travelers. I am more than happy to have you in my cozy and minimalist apartment located in the center of the city. I want to assure you that we are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to ask.
The buildings were built in the 1970s and 1980s with Soviet funding and Soviet design. The apartment is one of the 40k and 50k apartments. The neighborhood has everything, including shopping, foods, restaurants, and bars.
