Located in the Selva Norte residential complex, this vacation rental includes all services and features 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a terrace with a pergola. The highlight of the apartment is its 105m² (1,076.39 sq ft) rooftop terrace with a private Jacuzzi, toilet, and shower, barbecue, sun loungers, and a summer lounge offering breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for relaxation. Enjoy numerous amenities such as 2 natural cenotes, 2 pools, a solarium, a restaurant, a bar, a gym, a dedicated space for yoga and meditation, hammocks, a coworking area, a children's play area, a pet-friendly zone, Wi-Fi in common areas, solar panels, a bike station, shops, as well as 24/7 security. Internet will soon be available in the apartment, but travelers can use the connection in common areas and the coworking space. The apartment is family-friendly, providing a crib and a high chair. Access to the balcony, rooftop terrace, cenotes, and water features is under the strict responsibility of parents. Owners, managers, and administration cannot be held responsible.
