The location was the beach a few feet from the property. The resort was super clean with friendly staff. The restaurants on the property served great food and drinks. They took care of all our requests for a celebration we had planned.

We enjoyed every day of our stay at Xela. Everything exceeded our expectations: the stunning hotel amenities, the delicious food, and the exceptional service. The entire Concierge team was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing every request. They were quick to resolve any inquiries via WhatsApp. During our stay, we celebrated a birthday, and the team went above and beyond by arranging a surprise setup in our room and even ordering a birthday cake! This hotel is truly on another level, and we can’t wait to return.

The beach was very well kept and not too busy. Property and rooms were super cute and just as pictured. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

We loved our beautiful ocean front room, the view and location were perfect. Also liked no TV's or phone in the room. The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and responsive to all our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's a little on the quiet side but perfectly seated in the heart of all the action, there are many restaurants and beach clubs in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and flat in frontand the staff keeps it clean. Truly, the experience was wonderful and we can't thank the staff enough. Every. Single. One. Of. Them!
