Armenian Street Heritage Hotel is located within the Georgetown UNESCO World Heritage zone on the island of Penang. The hotel is located within a minute’s walk from the famous street art paintings by Ernest Zacharevic. There is a viewing deck on the top floor of hotel from which guests can view almost the entire heritage area right up to the coast line. A 24-hour security system and private parking is provided for limited amount of cars. The hotel is steps away from the heritage trails of museums, temples, eateries and the world famous "Little Children on a Bicycle" mural hand-painted by renowned artist Ernest Zacharevic. Penang International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Cooled with air conditioning and a fan, rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and an attached bathroom with hot rainshower facilities and a hairdryer. Guests can dine at Kopitan Classic White Coffee, which serves local specialties. Travel arrangements can be made at the tour desk. The fine print

Must-know information for guests at this property

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.

Please note that for guests requiring a tax invoice in the name of their company upon check-out, please email a request to the accommodations. Please allow 14 working days for the property to process the request.
