We r located in Ayer Itam. Suitable for couples, backpackers, families or business travelers who wish to have a walk and explore Ayer Itam Town.
Its walking distance to All Season Shopping center, Kek Lok Si Temple & Penang Hill.
I am Wayne, with my family here, we stay in downstairs. We are happy to welcome all the guests by ourselves!
For your highly privacy, U may go to the Ground floor to enjoy the facilities, but we won't go up to level 1.

Our house is suitable for babies, we are using Coway Water filter, U may get the hot water anytime while U need it.
Hygiene is the MOST care of our house, we use robot machine to sweep and mop the floor, It's hard to get a hair or tiny sand on floor in our house.
We try our BEST to take care of you and ourselves, so we will disinfect your whole body with the disinfect gun ready at home.
