The fine print
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the hotel.
Please note that there will be a power supply recalibration work on Friday, 07th March 2025 from 09:00 to 19:00. During this period, there will only be minimal lighting and no air conditioning in all the rooms.
A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
