Melaka is a small city. The tourist attraction sites are in 3 main areas; Banda Hilir, Ayer Keroh and Alor Gajah. This vacation home is located in the middle of the areas; within 5-20km distant to any of them. It is next to the main road thus guarantees easy access to all 3 areas. Currently is opened to MAHRAM ONLY A. FEATURES The vacation home is a double storey terrace with the following main features; # 4 rooms; 3 with aircon # Living area with aircon # 3 bathrooms; 1 with water heater # Kitchen & Dining areas # Covered car porch that can accommodate 2 cars with ample parking space walking distant to homstay The vacation home comes with a large seating area at living. Plenty of natural light comes through the door-sized sliding door. Ventilation is good. Aircon is provided at living area for your extra comfort B. ROOMS & BEDS ARRANGEMENT: # Master Bedroom A (1st floor) ; 1 king size bed with ensuite bathroom # Room B (1st floor) ; 1 queen size bed & ensuite bathroom # Room C (1st floor) ; 1 queen size bed & ensuite bathroom # Room D (ground floor) ; 1 queens ize bed (bathroom accessible through kitchen area) Thus the vacation home can accommodate a total of 8 pax comfortably.
