Ombak Festival 2025: From September 12 to 14, 2025, the spirit of the Ombak Festival will fill the air with music and celebration. During this time, you may notice elevated ambient sounds from nearby festivities. We appreciate your understanding as Desaru Coast comes alive with this vibrant celebration.
We are revitalizing select areas of the resort, with enhancements taking place daily from 10 AM to 6 PM effective March 7 until September 30, 2025.
Tourist Tax Information:
Effective 1 January 2023, a mandatory tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be settled upon check-in. Guests holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card or MY PR Card (permanent resident card) are exempt from this charge.
Check-in Requirements:
Guests are required to present a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
