Studio apartment - Queen size bed and single bed. Situated at 14th floor. View - seafront / pool. (South China Sea) Beach is walking distance. There are a lot of food shops nearby. Cooking are not allowed unless you rent for long term. Pets are not allowed as stated by the management. Smoking outside balcony- cig butt to be disposed properly.

Friendly neighbourhood consisting variety of races and religions. Foreigner also spend time here during summer and winter breaks- we have got German, Japanese, European, came to Timurbay for vacations.
