Bad experience. I never mind if need to pay RM100 for deposit but what im really disappointed is end up i can't get my deposit back in 24hours and they hold my deposit untill end of this month. Its so rude! I never met a management that uses this ridiculous method for return back customers deposit! Can you imagine what i feel right now?

Unresponsive host.
Unresponsive host. Already transferred the booking fee and security deposit however host chose to not provide the check-in instructions. Did not pick up call, did not reply to messages on Booking and WhatsApp. Went to the address provided but no one is there to assist on the check-in, need to contact with the host. Ended up staying at another place. Contacted Booking.com customer service to assist on cancellation.

I was happy to stayed with this host, as they provided a complimentary cleaning for my long stay. Feel clean and fresh the room after comeback from my convention. Definitely I will come for my next trip. 👌😊

setia alam have a great convention center and a beautiful mall, also have nice service apartment like trefoil.. at convention center lawn they have some nice and small event during weekdays.. you guys should go with your bf or family.. check out guysJohnMalaysia
