Welcome in the most green, charming & historical area of the city of Rotterdam. 🌱 Kralingen (next to city center Rotterdam) is known because of its beautifull park with lake, restaurants and authentic architecture. We are sailing at the moment which gave us the opportunity to share our luxurious loft.
Dear Guests, I love Rotterdam where I have been living for the past 25 years! I rent my charming loft because I like traveling. If you decide to stay at my place, you will never regret it. Please visit the surrounding as I live around the corner from a big lake/forest and lots of exquisite restaurants and the Erasmus University. My house has a real Dutch old "Herenhuis" atmosphere as well as my garden. Welcome to Kralingen! Cheers, Caro Assistance or questions through Airbnb chat, 24/7 availibility for emergency by phone.
Kralingen is full of beautifull buildings and restaurant cuisines from all over the world. Also it is only 7 minutes by bike from the authentic buildings of Kralingen, to the metropolitan city center of Rotterdam. - The tram (stops 100m from loft), also availible for transport. - Next to the loft there are two restaurants which serve amazing breakfast, lunch and diner. - For further tips have a look in the “Book of answer” which will be provided after you make an reservation. Ways of transportation - Tram (100mts, 10min to center) - Metro (300mts, 8min to center) - Felyx/check/go scooters: (Availible on the street 30c per min) - Also there is a bicycle, which is available for our visitors. In less than 7 min you will be in downtown.
