Tourist or city tax may be charged, depending on local regulations. The arrival form must be completed truthfully. Additional screening may be required, such as submitting a valid passport or government-issued ID. Minimum age for booking: 25 years. Use of soft drugs, hard drugs, or laughing gas is strictly prohibited in or around the building. Late check-out after 10:00 AM without prior approval will result in a charge equal to one extra night. Causing any form of nuisance to others is not allowed. Strictly forbidden: Paid sex work, criminal activity, sales, or any commercial use of the property. Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a Euro 250 fine per incident and immediate cancellation of the booking. For stays of 14 days or longer, weekly cleaning is mandatory to maintain quality standards. A weekly cleaning fee will apply.
