Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments.

The exclusive costs (bed linen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs applied to all guests aged 2 and over.

Please note that late check-in past 17:00 is only possible upon request.

Guests can request the following extras at an additional charge:

- Extra bed linen (on top of mandatory bed linen): EUR 15.50 per set

- Pet (max.2, has to be requested in advance): EUR 7,50 per pet per night

- Towel package: EUR 5,50 per set

- Kitchen linen: EUR 5,50 per set

- Children's furniture (baby bed, high chair, play pen): Free of charge if available (bed linen excluded)

- Late check-out until 16:00 (subject to availability): EUR 50

- Reservation modification costs: EUR 10 Please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 applies when guests request a specific chalet including pet-free chalets, specific chalet numbers or a specific location on the park.

Please note all accommodations are smoking-free.

In accordance to local government, the accommodations cannot rent out chalets to students.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
