Sea Story by Frogner House Apartments is located in Verksgata 12. We have 13 exclusive apartments with elegant interior and fine details. The building is located in a peaceful area of the city. Good shopping opportunities are just a few minutes away and the ferry towards the famous Preikestolen is just up the street. On the other side of the street you will find one of Norway’s most famous meat and sausage companies called A. Ildsøe and the cosy cafe Kanelsnurren (The Cinnamon Roll).

Stavanger is well known for its lively nightlife and good restaurants. Ostehuset is an eatery with a cafe, restaurant, shop and a take-away. You can find Ostehuset at 3 other locations in Stavanger (city centre, east or Hinna). Casa Gio is a local Italian eatery with a good selection of wines. Kafe Bacchu is popular and Circus is another eatery just down the street. If you are interested in international fine dining we can recommend Renaa Matbaren which is run by the chef Sven Erik Renaa. Renaa Express is a pleasant cafe done in Italian style. Fisketorget (The Fish Market) is the place to get great seafood. At Fisketorget you will find restaurants and a fish counter where you can purchase fresh fish. Additionally, there are many great Asian restaurants in Stavanger including Alex Sushi and Yum Asian Food, which recently opened in 2018.
