At a very affordable price. ->Comfort - The property is a self-sufficient, fully functional studio apartment that provides you the comfort of your home. Sleeps 3 guests in total. 1 queen size bed and floor mattress for 1 additional guest. Kitchen has cookware/utensils, full fridge, drinking water, and gas hookup for stove. Bathroom has hot water. ->Privacy - All amenities including bathroom and kitchen are solely for you and are not shared like in communal living facilities. ->Safety - The apartment is located inside a tight-knitted gated community, offers a quiet and safe space in midst of city's bustling streets. ->Accessibility - Located centrally at 1.3 km from Thamel (15 min walk). Transportation, grocery stores, medical stores, and other needs are readily accessible. ->Affordability - All the features outlined above are available at a price comparable to local hostels.
Hi I am Lilen. I am a 65 year old retired housewife and mother of 2 fully grown kids. In Nepal we have a saying "Atithi Devo Bava" meaning "Guests are like gods". When you visit Nepal you will realize that this sentiment is ingrained in our culture. So I, like many other Nepalis, passionately love hosting guests and making sure you are well taken care of while you are in our country. Also, this is my attempt towards gaining some financial independence which is a challenge for a woman of my age. Hope you like my place! :)
