This lovely one bedroom studio unit is located in the beautiful grounds of the Hanmer Springs Hotel with access off Conical Hill Road Adjoining Garden Studio 353 can be added by booking separately to accommodate a family. Offer only available by contacting Hanmer Holiday Homes, so please call during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9.30am - 5pm or Sunday 9.30am - 2.30pm to arrange. It takes in amazing views of the surrounding grounds and mountains beyond with complimentary use of the swimming pool and tennis court ( you can book in to use them at the main hotel reception desk). Parking space is available in the main carpark off Conical Hill Road by the tennis court a short walk from the unit. The studio includes one king split bed, couch, ensuite with shower over bath, tea and coffee making facilities plus microwave along with Sky TV (Basic Package). There is also additional seating outside on the patio area. Please Note: There is no internet access at any of our Garden Studios.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
