I am married with two teenage boys. I'm an accountant by profession but now I spend my time looking after my investment properties including several short term accomodation apartments such as this one.

Property info

Located just north of the square and within walking distance to the convention centre, the town hall and the bars and restaurants on the Terrace, this one-bedroom apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. Lock up your car in the complimentary carpark and go and explore all this modern city has to offer. Built in 2021, this gated apartment building is secure, modern, warm, and built to a high specification. Located at the far end of the building this ground floor apartment is the farthest from the road so is very quiet enabling guests to sit outside in the private west facing patio without the traffic noise. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge has all you need for a night in with a full kitchen complete with a Nespresso machine, a dining table for two and a three-seater lazy boy couch in front of a new 43” smart TV. A heat pump is available for those cooler (or warmer) nights. The bedroom has a very comfortable commercial grade queen bed, a wall heater, a full wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is just north of the cathedral square and is very close to all highlights of the city. Immediately sorounding the complex are other apartments and small businesses. With walking distance is the cathedral, the brand new convention centre, the town hall and the bars and resturants located on the Terrace.
