We are proud to say that we specialize in holiday homes for any size of groups and families. All guests must agree to the property's terms and conditions, and sign the guest registration prior to arrival.

Located right on Sumner Esplanade you can walk across the road to the beach, its also a 5 minute walk to the local cafes and restaurant. Brand new 1 bedroom studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen and spacious comfortable living area. This is completely separate from the main house as its over the garage. Stunning architecturally designed studio apartment with beach views this is the prefect spot to get away and relax by the beach. There is a private balcony up on the studio apartment level off the living area.
