Only 2 minutes' walk to town with spectacular lake views, this fantastic apartment is private, centrally located and north facing. Lake Wanaka Lookout has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area upstairs, which opens out to a sun and view-drenched balcony. The balcony boasts a BBQ and outdoor furniture and trust us when we say you will not be able to tear yourself away from these views. Enjoy a wonderful local pinot noir or rose and watch the sailing boats or other lake recreational users from the comfort of the armchair. The interior of Lake Wanaka Lookout is elegant and alpine-inspired. Its high ceilings lend light and airiness to the ambience. The gourmet kitchen is styled with clean granite bench tops and is perfectly set up to create an exquisite meal. Located on the ground floor of this property is the property entrance plus two super king bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. Both rooms can have the bedding split into single configurations. The Master bedroom opens out onto a second sun and view drenched patio, perfect for relaxing with a book or taking in the incredible vistas.
