We loved this set up - ideal for us (a couple with our 11yo son) - as we wanted to be close to Lake Karapiro for an event. The kitchen was small but had everything we required to be able to make breakfasts and cook dinner one night. There was plenty of space to relax. Very close to amenities (supermarket, restaurants and pub) in Leamington.
