If you require this setup, please make this clear on your note that there is a separate property in the same section, which is completely fenced off and using a separate driveway. It may be occupied during your stay but given the layout and fencing there is no interaction with its occupants. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families.
