It has a large furnished terrace with a panoramic view from the tip of Temae to Moorea, passing by the harbor and the city of Papeete, up to the Venus Point of Mahina. It is ideally located in Papeete on the 5th floor of a recent and secure luxury residence with swimming pool, 5 min from the airport, 7 min from downtown and its main attractions (Toata Square and its restaurants, the seafront promenade, the caravans of Vaiete Square, the Papeete market, the ferry dock, etc.) This beautiful 110m2 apartment (including a 30m2 corner terrace) welcomes you to our beautiful island of Tahiti. It includes : - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200), and another with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be transformed into a double bed according to your wishes. - A spacious living room, with a large sofa to relax after your day of activities and a large TV connected with Netflix. A large American kitchen fully equipped to prepare good meals and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee. - A terrace with an outdoor lounge to relax while enjoying the panoramic view overlooking the whole city, Moorea and the sea as far as the eye can see and enjoy beautiful sunsets. After intense days of sightseeing, you can also relax in the residence's pool. The location of this apartment is ideal for exploring Tahiti. The apartment is located on a small hill in the Uranie district in the heart of a well-designed residential complex. The use of a vehicle is more than recommended to get there as well as to circulate in Tahiti in general. Families will appreciate the proximity of the Paofai Clinic, Paofai Park and Toata Square as well as the capital's shops. Business travelers will benefit from an ideal location to reach the city center in a very short time. Couples on a getaway will enjoy the city's attractions without its inconvenience.
