Property info

Fully Furnished Minimalist Condominium unit with Resort-style amenities. It offers close proximity to the area’s top schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants and more. Our condominium unit features a pool & city skyline view. We offer a very comfy queen-size bed to ensure a restful sleep, a large wardrobe, a dining table /workspace , and a living room with 2-seater sofa bed to accommodate maximum 4 guests. It has high speed Wi-Fi connection & a 40” smart TV to access YouTube and is Netflix ready. Kitchen is equipped w/ an induction cooker, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, basic cooking essentials & complete dining wares. The bathroom has a water heater & bidet. Complimentary coffee/tea, toiletries & bath towels for 2 upon arrival. To ensure sanitation is maintained throughout your stay, antibacterial hand soaps & hand sanitiser are provided. We do appreciate if you remove your shoes and make use of the slippers which we provide during your stay. Pay parking onsite. Please let us know upon booking so we can help. Pool is available for a fee. Regular days: 150/head/day Public Holidays: 300/head/day Open from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (closed on Mondays for Maintenance) **This is an ADDITIONAL FEE (NOT included in your booking payment) Food, drinks, and social parties shall be strictly prohibited in the pool and pool deck area.
