Housekeepings Michelle did a wonderful job keeping up the room, the laundry, the room service items etc. I really enjoyed my stay there in downtown Manila.

The hotel was great and the staff were very professional and very friendly to me…The noise factor was not really the hotel’s fault unless they have sound proof rooms…The noise was outside of the hotel windows..

The services and the facilities

The staff were absolutely fabulous. They weren't staff, they were family. They went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable, safe, and happy with my stay. And theyade sure that I had everything I needed or could find whatever I was looking for. The property was also very central located next to the Robinson Mall and just a couple of block away from the bay and any nightlife.

Food was good along with location. I've stayed there several times. My preferred hotel.

THIS IS MY SANCTUARY.. AWAY FROM HOME... THIS MAY BE A BET OLDER... HOWEVER ITS SAFE..

Priced right, clean and close to mall.
