Guests are required to pay anIncidental and Damage Deposit of PHP2,000.00 per stay which can be paid via Cash or Credit Card upon check in and will be refundable upon check out.
The pool will be closed from Monday, August 5, 2024, to Saturday, August 10, 2024.
During this time, your guests may use the pool at the roof deck of our sister property, City Garden Hotel Makati. Here are the guidelines for directing your guests to City Garden Hotel Makati for swimming pool access:
Upon check-in, our Guest Services Specialist will provide a coupon to registered guests for swimming pool access at City Garden Hotel Makati.
The pool facility is exclusive to registered guests and no visitors are allowed.
The coupon is for one-time use only. If a guest wishes to utilize the pool facility on a subsequent occasion, they should proceed to the front desk to request a new coupon.
Guests must present the coupon to the designated person at the roof deck of City Garden Hotel Makati to access the pool.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform City Garden Grand Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of ₱ 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
