Elegant, Modern, Charming. That's our COZY CRIB in a few words. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure you live a carefree lifestyle through captivating amenities, resident-focused services, and spacious interiors. The unit is a 22sqm unit in the heart of Makati Business District. It is over- looking Ayala Avenue and near hospitals, churches, malls, supermarkets and police station. It is in a premiere condominium with different amenities that can be accessed by guests : Pool, working station with free WIFI, jogging area, and kids playground. *** Other things to note *** Check in time : 3:00 pm Check out time : 12:00 nn --- STRICTLY NO SMOKING --- -- NO COOKING -- -- CLEAN AS YOU GO ---- The condo has a lounge area, with free WIFI, where you can work or just chill and relax while playing mobile games, listening to music or watching videos on your mobile phones. Pool is open at 6am to 6pm(Tuesday-Sunday). There is a minimum fee of Php 150 per guest for regular days and Php 300 during holidays. ( Pool vouchers is available @ Admin. Office) - Pre-registration is required at the assigned security guard - Wear appropriate swimming attire - Bring your own towel Parking: -Paid parking is available in the Air Residences Basement.
