The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in for verification. In the event that the card holder is not present, a duly signed letter of authorization together with (1) a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card and (2) a photocopy of the front and back of a valid ID/passport, must be sent to the hotel 14 days prior to arrival.
