A cozy, secure and completely furnished home condo right in the heart of Baguio City. The location is perfect to access everything Baguio has to offer. It is a 3 minute walk away from Session Road and 5 minute walk away from SM Baguio. The building has 24 hour security and CCTV in hallways and elevators to ease your minds when you go out. It is the perfect place for relaxation and convenience. It has balcony for the guest to enjoy the view of the city. It has also 2 double size bed, flat screen tv with netflix, wi-fi, hot and cold shower, personal ref, kitchen utensils and bath towels. Cooking is allowed. ✅Our check in time is anytime after 2pm. ✅Check out is anytime before 11 am. ✅Early check in will be charge 300 pesos per hour but depends on the availability of the condo. ✅During peak season early check in & late check out is not allowed. ✅We don’t change beddings in the middle of your stay as we are not a hotel unless you request for it with 700 pesos charge. ✅And for another set of towels is 50 pesos each. ✅Everything you need is just inside the condo plates & pots inside the drawers. ✅Towels provided but bring ur own toiletries. ✅We have a limited parking slot @ 350 pesos per night. ✅Drinking water is not provided but we do deliver 5 liters of Summit or Absolute brands @99 pesos ✅No pets allowed. ✅For late check in : Please go straight to Megatower 2.
