The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette has access to a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the estate. The interior is finished in a stylish, subtle style, with dark elements and raw brick wall giving an unforced chic. Additionally, the apartment is highly functional. The seating area with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV is a perfect place to relax. A wide range of amenities include the fully equipped kitchenette and a desk perfect for a remote work with a laptop. The location ensures easy access to other districts, both by public and private transport. The "Bokserska" bus stop offering a direct connection with the Sluzew metro station is only 500 m away from the building. Moreover, the nearest railway station (Warsaw Okęcie) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by foot. The car drive to the city center takes around half an hour.
