Comfortable bed with large Polish style pillows in a clean room. Some of the decor was a little tired especially the cords for the window blinds, but once closed and curtains drawn, gave a good blackout experience. Could give some travelers with heavy luggage a little challenge as no elevator. Good service by the Staff, very clean and good value for money

We love the center of Radom.

We love the center of Radom. In the warm months it is filled with cafe's and children love the peddle carts and the spray fountains. Back home in the United States we have begun to artificially create such centers as this, places to walk about, eat ice cream, visit a cafe. There are some good restaurants in Radom but need more of them. With the short distance by train from Warsaw I see this city becoming more and more vibrant as people come for weekends.

Warsaw is very historical in nature.

Warsaw is very historical in nature. The city did a very good job at recreating the Old Town. Much of Warsaw was destroyed due to the war and the Russian occupation. There are some lovely parks. Very different from Krakow and Gdansk. Be very careful of cab drivers. They often overcharge.

The hotel is very close to Warsaw Modlin Airport. The room was cosy and nice. There was no mini-bar in the room. The kettle was fine and appreciated, although some more sachets of coffee would have been nice. Naturally, I could have asked the receptionist, but I did not feel like leaving my room. The shower/toilet was a bit too crammed.

Excellent public transport, and free to those over age 70.

Excellent public transport, and free to those over age 70. It felt very safe and people in public areas were generally very polite. The old town in the centre is perfect for walking around. The history from the many wars and occupations over centuries is painful, but worth understanding.

The internet informations looked good.

The internet informations looked good. Price for the room in my opinion was to high but the distance to the airport was the major reason why I have chosen this location. It was a very warm day. Rooms are located on a second floor. Above is only the roof. Poor insulation plus not working A/C no chance to have a good night rest at the room temperature easily at 28 C. Open windows couldn’t cooled the room. Complain at the reception was ignored (what can I do? I’ll inform technician tomorrow ). Taxis running without the taxis meter. It looks like a mafia is running this town. Ryan Air and Wizz Air are like an old busses where chairs are not reclining. First and last time I have booked the inexpensive Air Travel Company's. is it really inexpensive? I have booked a flight with a 10 kg bag. When you add a checked luggage the ticket price goes sharply up. Never again.
