Bobrowiecka Apart Rooms is a modern and quiet 75m2 apartment, in which there are 4 independent rooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Three of the four rooms are double, while the fourth room can accommodate three people. One of the rooms has a large terrace. The rooms have very bright, large windows facing east or west. On the property there is a grocery store open until 22:00. The facility has security, it is monitored 24 hours a day. There is a lot of greenery on the property. In winter, the alleys and driveways are well maintained. You will be provided by email with a detailed instruction how to self check-in to the property prior to your arrival.

The apartment is located in an interesting location in Sielce (Dolny Mokotów), between Śródmieście, Sadyba and Stegny. Close to Łazienek (2 km) and Śródmieście (4 km). In the vicinity of the Royal Route connecting the Royal Castle with the Wilanów Palace. Many nearby places are connected with the history of the capital. This is real Warsaw! You can go for a walk, ride a bike along the surrounding paths to the Center, Ursynów, Wilanów or the other side of the Vistula. Busses in the area towards virtually every district. People who want to work at home have at their disposal high-speed WiFi internet. The facility is located about 5 minutes away from the Olinek Rehabilitation Center and is suitable for guests coming with children for Olinek therapy.
