Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the estate. The balcony, furnished with garden furniture, is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a meal on warm summer days. The interior of the apartment is tastefully finished and the full furnishings take care of the comfort of each stay. At a distance of 500 metres from the building, there is a bus stop (Włochy-Ratusz 01) and a tram stop (Włochy-Ratusz 04). The distance to the Warszawa Rakowiec railway station is 1.1 Km.
