The comfortable studio apartment can accommodate 2 people – perfect for a business stay or a romantic getaway for a couple. The 29 m² surface consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. High ceilings and bright interior décor give the apartment a spacious feel. The living room has access to cozy balcony fitted with garden furniture with the quiet view of the park. The balcony can be a great spot for a morning cup of coffee, which can be easily prepared in the coffee maker in the fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include essential household appliances (a washing machine, a hair dryer, ironing facilities) and multimedia (free access to a Wi-Fi network and flat-screen TV with the Internet access). For a good beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, bed linen, and towels are provided.

The location ensures proximity to the iconic green areas of the capital - such as Łazienki Królewskie Park and Vistulan Boulevards - while maintaining convenient access to the city center and full service and catering infrastructure. The building is situated on the edge of the extensive Marshal Rydz Park which can be seen from the apartment’s windows. In the neighborhood there are many grocery stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. Especially worth a visit are the restaurants Na Lato and Dyletanci, which are a 5-minute walk through the park. The location is well connected to the strict center of Warsaw (25 minutes by foot to the Palace of Culture and Science).
