Our offer includes over 200 apartments, the number of which we gradually increase as the company develops. We have our own apartments that we manage and we also cooperate with other owners.

When booking from December 31, 2024 to January 1, 2025, a refundable deposit is required to cover damage or events. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out from the apartment. Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, including coffee, tea, etc., as well as the apartment's equipment. We provide fresh bed linen and towels to hotel standard. The standard equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, free Internet and cable TV. Thanks to the contactless self-check-in procedure, we can welcome you in a safe and convenient way, ensuring the comfort of check-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Extending the check-out time until 12:00 incurs a fee of PLN 50. Check-out after 12:00 will incur a charge for the next full day. We issue VAT invoices for your stay. The cost of accommodation for an animal is PLN 50 per day for 1 animal.

The facility is located in the heart of the Old Town. There are numerous shopping and dining outlets near the facility. The apartment is an excellent base for exploring Warsaw. The area also has excellent access to other districts of Warsaw. Access to the Palace of Culture takes only 20 minutes by public transport.
