PolandThis was my 3rd booking at this hotel based on its location and quality of service. Although I couldn't complete the stay the 3rd time (my flight that my hotel stay was connected with was cancelled by the airline) the hotel management was great with accommodating a future-stay voucher for the value of my original booking. The staff was also helpful with arranging parking and COVID-testing site information (I needed a test prior for my flight out of WRO) ahead of my stay at the hotel. I would highly recommend Hotel Grand City Wroclaw to anyone who wants quality and convenience of spending a night or a few in Wroclaw.
