Property info

This stylish historic property is situated in the very center of Warsaw, in a prestigious and safe area near Belvedere (Polish President House), Embassies and Royal Lazienki Park. The house was built in 1936 and has been restored in 2015. The apartment is spacious and sunny. The whole interior decorated in a colorful and cheerful style. We combined modern design with some old restored furniture that are in our family for many generations already. This truly unique apartment has 60 sqm is on the first floor and has a very sunny balcony with nice view of the inner courtyard. The flat is very spacious and consists of a huge bedroom and a large spacious living room with balcony. Both of these rooms can be separate rooms (with the entrance from the hallway to each of them), but you can also combine them in one big area with large sliding doors in between. In the apartment there is also a second little bedroom. We put bunk bed there If you are coming with children it is perfect option. The flat has also a fully equipped kitchen and big bathroom with rain shower. The place has Wi-Fi coverage in the whole apartment there is also a 42inch flat screen TV with cable TV.

Neighborhood info

The house is located 400 m from Polish Presidential Palace, and almost in front of the massive Russian embassy. The house of the Prime Minister is just 200 m away. The real jewel lies behind the house - just 100 meters away you have the entrance to the Royal Lazienki Park - the oldest and most beautiful park in Warsaw, a must visit place in Warsaw. There is small restaurant in nearby apartment building (200m), where you can have your morning coffee or last snack in the evening. The nearby Regent Warsaw Hotel (200m) offers restaurants and bars. Around 450 meters away is also a good Mexican restaurant "Blue Cactus" open late in the evening. Right next to the entrence to the residencial area there is a local grocery store open 7 days a week. A major convenience for those who want to have a drink and some snacks on the terrace, and not make a major exercise out of it. Bus stop, ATM, restaurants and grocery shop, are located within a radius of 50-350 meters.
