Property info

A cozy and functionally furnished studio apartment in a great location on the border of the Old and New Towns. Apartment on the ground floor, very bright and quiet. A spacious room with a double convertible sofa, a wardrobe, a table, cable TV and internet. In the bedroom annex there is a comfortable hotel 2-person bed. Separate kitchen fully equipped with a small fridge freezer, oven, gas hobs and washing machine. Location in the immediate vicinity of the most representative parts of the city - the Old Town and the New Town Square, next to Krasiński Square, the seat of the Supreme Court, the Theater Academy and the beautiful and picturesque Krasiński Park with public transport stops. The Ratusz Arsenał metro station is approximately 600 m away. At the bottom of the building there are grocery stores, a cafe and a pizzeria. Within a two-minute walk there is Długa Street and the New Town Square, Barbican, Podwale with numerous restaurants with Polish and international cuisine, and cafes.
