The entire complex is surrounded by a forest and a unique garden with dune vegetation, seaside grass species and heathlands. There are bicycle routes around the complex and there is a parking lot for bicycles in the building. There is a playground for children on the internal sandy beach. The 3rd floor offers a view of the nearby pine forest and the elegant housing estate. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. A very large, quiet balcony is the perfect place for morning breakfasts and pleasant evenings. There is a terrace on the roof of the building with an extensive view of the surrounding area and the lake. The apartment has a dedicated parking space no. 17 in the garage under the building. The apartment offers elegant bedding and towels. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning.
