The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. A hairdryer is available. In the walk-in closet, there is an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The windows have anti-burglary shutters. The apartment is in a historic, atmospheric building from the 1950s, in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by green areas. It has a free parking space, and the M2 Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet underground station is just 50 meters away. Moreover, there are many bus and tram stops nearby.
