Enjoy the simplicity and comfort of this quiet and central accommodation. Full Kitchen, Dining Area, Bathroom and Bedroom area with Queen bed. The Space have a private entrance with a Covered Porch and Sitting area for two, enjoy the climate of our island all year round.

La urbanización Eleanor Roosevelt, ubicada en Hato Rey, fue desarrollada en los 1930's, por el programa del Nuevo Trato, bajo la Puerto Rico Reconstruction Administration, implementada por el presidente Franklin D. Roosevelt. A raíz del periodo de "desarrabalización", se construyeron varios proyectos, entre ellos esta urbanización, para relocalizar familias. -Esta esta centricamente localizada, con restaurantes en calles aledañas. Excelentes Cafes. -Buen Vecidario -Muy Seguro -Parques como el Luis Muños Marin; Parque Luis Muñoz Marín - El Parque Luis Muñoz Marín es un parque urbano ubicado en el distrito Gobernador Piñero de San Juan, cercano a Hato Rey, Río Piedras -Cerca a Centro Comercial Plaza Las Américas.
