Property info

Oceanfront VIP spot for unique sunset sightseeing experiences. A magical place curated with love and good vibes for great people. As soon as you enter the door you are greeted with this spacious and serene space with amazing ocean view. Swing and enjoy the sunset on this spectacuar unit located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with queen size bed in each and two full baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 more people, covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you will need for a perfect escape! There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer. Restaurants and bars and 3 minutes away in a car. -Gated access condo -Free parking -Walking distance to Beach Access Tranquil and safe neighborhood A rental car is highly recommended. We only provide a starter kit of "toiletries". Guest must buy more as needed.
