The apartment is located on a beautiful farm (quintinha) one street away from the village main road that connects Marinha Grande and Maceira. It is situated on the ground floor, and on the side of the luxury villa. It is very private with a separate entrance for yourself and a second gate entrance for your vehicle. There are limited stairs (1m) due to the sloping ground. The apartment was renovated in May 2023 and has new bathroom, new kitchen, and new patio. We have very fast internet, a comfortable work area, and a large 43cm smart TV with access to MEO TV, YouTube and your own preferred video streaming channels. The beautiful treed area at the bottom of the property is available to you to chill and picnic, and our free undercover parking can take extra high vehicles (RVs and Camper vans) of up to 3m. If you are on a long stay and need a barbeque, one can be arranged for you.

Centrally situated, the apartment is approximately 20 minutes from the sea in Sao Pedro do Moel, the famous world record-breaking surfing village of Nazare, and historical places like the beautiful Batalha monastery. Leiria, the capital city of the Silver Coast region with its Castelo de Leiria, shopping mall, cinemas, and restaurants is only 15 minutes away. Slightly further away in different directions are the historical towns of Fatima (22km), Tomar (44km), the medieval walled city of Obidos (44km), San Martinho do Porto (29km) with its sheltered bay, lovely Alcobaca (20km) and Caldas da Rainha (38km), and other and places of interest. Even the stunning river city of Coimbra is just an hour away. It is possible to have food delivered using the Glovo service. In addition to towns and cities mentioned above, the immediate surrounding towns of Maceira and Marinha Grande have great restaurants and large supermarkets such as Continente, Brico Marche, Lidl and Aldi.
