Property information

Sunny and charming 2-bedroom flat located on Avenida Luísa Todi in the historic centre of Setúbal, with three balconies overlooking the boulevard's gardens and cafés in one of Portugal's most lovely beach towns. The apartment is south-facing so it enjoys sun all day long! The space is comprised of one master bedroom with king-size mattress and balcony, one interior bedroom with double bed and French doors, one full bathroom with bath and bidet, dining area with balcony, living room with balcony, and breakfast nook in the back facing the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, washer & dryer, cooking appliances, dishes and utensils, cookware, glassware, as well as cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, coffee and tea. The flat has a hairdryer, iron, 50” (127 cm) LED Smart TV in the living room, and a 28" (71 cm) Apple Smart TV in the breakfast nook.
