The property is beautiful and offers one of the best views we can have from the lake . The concept of the house is brilliant and provides all comfort and peace a big family needs. We loved and we will return next year. This kind of accommodation is truly adequate for large families that seek some quality time together bot far from the marvelous nature of Gerês. Several tracks not far away and the center a couple of minutes far . All family is Missing it already ….,

The rooms are superbly equipped. The view above the lake into the hills is fantastic. The breakfast is very lovingly and from the bread to the cake is almost everything handmade. But the best thing about the whole place is the host Eduardo. You didn't feel like a guest but a friend; he helped us with good tips about the area and and he was always interested in making us feel both as possible.

The most amazing view I have ever seen. Wow, absolutely incredible. Located at an ideal spot. We could walk into town, to the beach and to some incredible hiking trails.

This is a fabulous property with amazing views over the rivers. We felt like we were in a mini-Monaco! The guesthouse is gorgeous - huge windows with uninterrupted views over the most gorgeous vista. I could have stayed for weeks. Eduardo, the owner and host, is wonderful. So friendly and welcoming. He clearly loves what he does and he is the most gracious host. He also make the most amazing breakfasts for his guests - wow. Homemade yogurt, fruit, a huge variety of jams, warm bread, quiche, eggs, tomatoes, and every day a different cake. Fresh orange juice, coffee. Best breakfast I have had in Portugal. We will be back!

Sou visitante assídua do Gerês e posso afirmar, com toda a certeza, que nunca fiquei num alojamento tão completo a todos os níveis. As instalações estão limpas e notoriamente cuidadas. Para pequeno almoço, têm sempre produtos locais e caseiros para servir. Tanto o anfitrião Sr. Eduardo como os restantes funcionários estão sempre prontos a ajudar, sentimo-nos realmente em casa! Quanto a sítios a visitar, desde restaurantes a cascatas, basta questionar o Sr. Eduardo e ficarão bem entregues. Para acrescentar, tem uma boa piscina e está super bem localizada, próxima do rio Caldo, a vista é incrível. Iremos voltar muito em breve! Recomendo!
