- We had a very comfortable and relaxing 3-nights stay at the property. It was very tranquil and quiet at night which we enjoyed a lot. - By just looking at the maintenance, cleanliness and orderliness of the property we can gauge the level of effort that have been going into it. - Sandra and Kurt are very welcoming, friendly and attentive - have asked us a couple of times if we need any extra food for breakfast even though the food was more than sufficient for us.

Sandra and Kurt are among the best hosts! they are warm, nice, and lovely people! the facility is spotless, cozy, and well equipped! it’s such a great place for relaxing, touring of wineries, and star gazing! We enjoyed the beautiful mornings and evenings by sitting on the porch with the fruits and olive trees surrounded us! Sandra and Kurt offered us their homemade olives, which was so delicious! Me and Amy just stayed for 1 night. The place is beautiful, very quiet and the swimming pool is excellent. Perfect to relax and enjoy the good weather of Alentejo. There are little villages nearly with great traditional restaurants. Kurt, Sandra and their friendly dog were excellent hosts and cooked a nice buffet breakfast for us which included super fresh apricots picked from one of their trees. Definitely recommend and looking forward to returning.

What a wonderful place to completely disconnect! From the house to the pool, everything was so clean and well maintained that you can clearly see the love and care Sandra and Kurt put in this place. It was one of the most peaceful places I've ever been, and I'm already planning on going back. There was everything in the house, pans, towels, even a portable AC (which wasn't needed at all). Breakfast was full and had everything you needed and more, bacon, eggs, milk, bread, ham, jams, etc. The surrounding area was so quiet you could only hear the birds and the sheep that they have at the property (the cutest things) and Akita (the owners' dog) would make a very welcoming appearance once in a while too. There's nothing bad to say about Horta da Rosa. Congratulations to Sandra and Kurt for creating such an incredible place to be!

The place is amazing, very well treated and cared. Sandra and Kurt are a very good hosts, always around to check if we were fine, they are very kind. Everything is prepared with love (the breakfast, the farm). Aika, the dog, is very sweet.

Tudo neste sítio é maravilhoso. O sítio mais silencioso, sossegado, relaxante onde passámos férias. É de um silêncio tal que chega a ser místico. O alojamento só tem 2 quartos pelo que no máximo existem 4 hóspedes ao mesmo tempo, sem crianças. A localização é remota, mas perto de Évora (30min, mais ou menos) onde há diversos restaurantes. O quarto tinha cozinha e foi possível comprar refeições semi-prontas ou já confecionadas e comer no alojamento. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos e discretos, sendo prestáveis sem ser intromissivos e sem perturbar minimamente o descanso e tranquilidade que tanto se encontram neste sítio. O apartamento não tem luxos, mas tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia simples cujo único propósito seja descansar e desligar do mundo.

Sandra e Kurt sono fantastici, riuscendo a far sentire l'ospite a proprio agio in ogni momento. Ogni dettaglio viene curato alla perfezione, dalla pulizia alla colazione ricca, varia e di grande qualità, e soprattutto sempre con gentilezza e con il sorriso. La struttura è bellissima, restaurata e arredata con grande gusto, immersa in un vero paradiso con pecore, galline, alberi da frutto. Il tutto dotato di ogni agio per l ospite, compresa una magnifica piscina con comodi lettini e ombrelloni. L'atmosfera è magica ad ogni ora. E infine non dimentichiamo la simpaticissima Aika, cagnolona che fa breccia nel cuore di tutti. Un grazie per tutto e speriamo di tornarci.
