With a contemporary, minimalist décor, the 4-star Évora Olive Hotel offers accommodations in the heart of Évora and features free WiFi throughout. Amazing breakfast, very nice cost and clean rooms, free room upgrade (genius), friendly staff, nice spa programs and pool. It was a great stay for us in a very hot day in Evora!
Combining history and Alentejo tradition with a modern concept, the recently and fully refurbished The Noble House offers a central location in Évora old town, 2 minutes’ walking from the Roman Temple... Great location near the cathedral and the Roman temple. On site parking. Great old, reportedly 13th century, building fitted out with modern amenities. Our room had a sweeping view of the nearby countryside-the Alentejo wine region. And the staff, especially Stella, were extremely helpful. All in an excellent experience.
Housed in a 16th-century palace, this 5-star boutique hotel features a beautiful chapel and dome ceilings. Overlooking the aqueducts of Évora, it has an extensive spa with an outdoor pool. I loved everything, but particularly the room's design.
Surrounded by 80 0 ft² of beautiful gardens, this 5-star hotel is 2.5 mi from Évora city center and housed in a renovated 15th-century convent. It offers a piano bar and free parking. Top 5 of the best places we have ever stayed in over 54 countries! It was so unique and beautifully decorated, yet authentic. Wonderful church to visit inside the convent, different passageways and courtyards (cloisters), extensive gardens with historic buildings such as the donkey run well that watered the fields. An olive tree that is over 1100 years old and is still producing olives contributes to the convent’s own olive oil which is delicious and served aling with their own breads and wines at meals. Paula gave a phenomenal massage with a lavender seed and olive oil scrub. I loved being able to see and eat in the former kitchen! The Convento Espinheiro has crafted an incredible space with the perfect mix of historic and modern. A thank you must go to the wonderful staff.
With an ideal location inside the walls of the historic city of Évora, Albergaria Do Calvário is a 4-star hotel housed in a 16th-century olive oil mill. Free Wi-Fi is available. Near historic center. Nice staff, very good breakfast.
Located just a 5-minute walk from the historical medieval walls of Évora, Vila Galé Évora offers high standard accommodations and access to both indoors and outdoors pools. What did I like ? Absolutely everything! The staff was amazing .. helpful, friendly, professional. The food was great .. room service took less than 30 min to arrive and the food was delicious. The pool, Turkish bath and sauna were clean and the water delicious! The room was amazing .. and the location was perfect.

The 4-star hotel in Évora’s historic center is just a 5-minute walk from Giraldo Square. It offers a spacious outdoor terrace with sun loungers and a pool in the garden. Great value for the money (58 euros in mid-november).
Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and vineyards, this hotel is located only 1.2 mi from the city walls of Évora. LOVED this hotel...the owner went way beyond our expectations....
With a picturesque location at the heart of Évora, Riviera offers accommodations in an historical building, 328 feet from Giraldo’s Square. It features rooms with an original vaulted stone ceiling. Exceptional location. Very pretty room. Clean, bright, well fitted bathroom.
The Albergaria Solar de Monfalim is located in a 16th century Renaissance palace located in the heart of historical Évora. It features 2 terraces and serves a traditional buffet breakfast daily. Beautifully maintained 16 century building.
This hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Évora’s center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has a spacious terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Price was good. We paid 43 euro for the room with private bathroom.
In addition to 2 outdoor pools, the Evora Hotel is surrounded by landscaped grounds and offers a heated indoor pool and health club on the edge of Évora, along the N114. The food was good and staff were very helpful
Located in a whitewashed building with red roof tiles, Stay Hotel Évora Centro offers bright, air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi in Evora’s historic city center. great location and they offer some reserved street parking

The old city centre within the old city walls is very historic and has some interesting old buildings and even an aqueduct. The old centre is not very large so one day is enough to explore the city but it is worth a visit. It was overcast and rainy so we didn’t get a good sense of what the main square would be like on a nice day with people enjoying outdoor restaurants etc. Evora is located in an area of Portugal that has cork trees so if that is of interest, Evora is a good starting point.
A very charming old city with all the attractions very close to the old town center which make an easy walk. Our guesthouse is so nice with free parking and best location. Delicious breakfast is included too.
Peaceful city with ancient and beautiful spots to visit. Wander away and visit the spots the locals eat at and stay. Try the skydive experience at the airport! And try to visit the Cromeleque dos Almendres. Bumpy road for 3km but worth the view.
What a lovely quaint town? I will never forget our stay. It was such a magical moment in time for us. If you go, visit the Capela dos Ossos, Templo Romano, The Almendres Cromlech (Neolithic monument of standing stone) and just wonder around. There is so much history there. Loved It!
Evora is well worth devoting at least worth 2 to 3 days of your travels. Very walkable with so much to see. People area very friendly. I would suggest touring the local vineyards as the wine is fabulous. Loved the small little restaurants serving only 10 to 20 people in one seating - plan on arriving early and waiting in line.
This is a large, midieval town which has been restored, about an hour and a half drive east of lisbon. We enjoyed spending a full day walking around the old city. There were many restaurants in the old town and our meals were delish. If you are doing a driving trip through Portugal, this is worth including. I have though of coming back, just for the history of the place. As for much of Portugal, things were not too expensive.

The location was perfect and Rue our host was available immediately when we were ready to check in or had any questions. He was also so kind, relaxed and added no pressure during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and cozy with the blankets that were provided. The apartment is decorated beautifully and very quaint, it met all our needs of a group of 5 friends traveling. It was my favorite apartment of the 8th one we experienced in our travel of Portugal and Spain. If ever in the area would definitely stay again.

Simply a wonderful host and place! Quiet with everything you need! I loved the terrace and the kitchen! It was a very last minute booking and even if I arrived early, I was really welcoming. Unfortunately I cannot comment the breakfast, I had to leave before. If you are in Evora for a night (or more), this is where you have to go. You will feel like at home! Highly recommended! Foi um prazer conversar com você Telma em uma mistura de idiomas. Você coloca o sol na minha viagem. Obrigado! :)

The apartment is very clean and located in a quiet alley. Luisa is a very nice and considerate owner. She prepared coffee capsules, hot chocolate and different tea and all facilities in the apartment are working well. The details are well done in the shower room. Luisa helped me booking a taxi which took us to the bus terminal on a rainy day. Evora is a charming city and I will definitely come back and choose this apartment again.

The small boutique hotel was by far the most beautiful and comfortable place I have ever stayed. A very recent renovation and high end furnishings have restored this historic gem in the college area of Evora. The breakfast ,cooked to order, was served in elegant style in their beautiful dining room complete with fine linens. I would gladly live at Casas do Templo!

This was evidently our best hotel during our round trip in Portugal (out of 6)! Beautiful building, renovated from its original state from the 17th century with much care, considering the expectations of a 21st century traveler. Excellent breakfast on the terrace, very helpful staff and a very comfortable room with a large queen size bed.

Kind staffs gave us a intro to hotel facilites and Evora. The bar on the roof is cozy that you can enjoy the city view with some drinks. Tasty breakfast! Love it. Parking garage is near the hotel. Although it is a little bit hard to take luggages on the flagstone, you may seek the help from the staffs.

Architecturally there are many nice design features in the hotel. The overall impression was wonderful until one gets into the hotel rooms and discover all the shortcomings. Underground parking was a big plus! Location was also decent.

The quietness, the surrounding area, bikes for everyone, so close to Evora and at the same time so secluded from the fuss. Everyone we met from the staff were so welcoming.

The Evora Olive Hotel is quite new, so some attractions are not finished yet. It already has a new and cool design and they serve a good continental breakfast.

Great value for the money (58 euros in mid-november). Very nice architecture of the room and the hotel itself. A very good location. A balcony with view on a huge lit-up grass field in front of the famous city walls. Nice and quiet in the room. Very uncomplicated check-in / check-out and a very good underground parking lot. It really felt like a upscale four star-hotel. During my 7-day-stay in Portugal, this was the best hotel out of six others.
