Welcome to our property! We rent this small studio apartment in Asunción, the studio is in the center of the city and you have a lot of services nearby. In the center you will be able to visit all the historical buildings of Asunción also will have varied places to eat and nightlife very close . Our Studio is a private place and all the amenities offered are private. It is special for independent travelers looking for price and privacy. It does not have a modern TV. But it has one with local channels that we do not place as a service. From the studio you can see the Bay of Asunción, you can walk and enjoy the view of the Paraguay River. In the building there are people who live and there are people who work, therefore there is a significant movement during the day. It has guard 24 hours. The common floor area is currently waiting for maintenance. However inside the studio you will be able to find a cozy place with basic elements for a temporary and comfortable stay. The studio is special for travelers who want to know the historical part is also special for those who travel for work and

I am Maria. I am renting apartments on a temporary with basic amenities since the year 2013. We have received guests from all over the world. The studio apartment is self-catering. Our strength is the personalized attention that we give our guests. We like to communicate in advance with the guests in order to know their plans and provide them with the necessary information before their arrival. We believe that in this way we could facilitate their stay. We can provide the client with some items that are not published if it is within our reach to do so and is requested in advance. We know that each client is unique and has special priorities.

It is located in the San Roque de Asunción neighborhood 1 block from the Uruguayan square and Columbia University is in the center of Asuncion you can walk to all places both commercial and tourist. In the surroundings of the building you can find pubs, restaurants of all prices, copetines, laundry inside the building, universities nearby, shops nearby, etc. The downtown area in general is not very safe. It is not convenient to walk at night in the area alone.
